Extreme audio/video stuttering/buffering on only some channels

About half the channels I watch are perfectly fine with no hitches. But on other channels, there is extreme stuttering/buffering. It doesn't matter what quality setting it is, from 1080p60 to 160, it just doesn't work.

If you want to test:
Channels with no problem; AdmiralBahroo, Bwana, MANvsGAME, ProtonJon

Channels with severe problem; channelawesome, EZScape, thegrayfruit, TPAIN

I think i have this same issue in some channles too. For now i've found that pausing the stream a few seconds will let you watch withour problems while.

Edit: I have also found that, at least in one channel, after about 10 minutes the problem dissapears. I don't know where to start troubleshooting this in the debugger. If anyone has any ideas, I might be able to test them.
