SUBMIT button stays gray on identity page even after all fields have been completed

The SUBMIT button stays gray even though all fields are completed and images uploaded:

{completed: true, missingDocuments: Array(0), rejectedDocuments: Array(0), data: true}

Refreshing the page and filling in the form fields activates the SUBMIT button even though no document type is selected.
