추가할 기능

서비스에서 기존의 db에 저장되는 참여 코드 대신 새로운 인메모리 기반의 참여 코드 도메인으로 갈아끼운다.
개발 db의 스키마 변경 및 개발 서버의 젠킨스 빌드를 새벽 시간으로 예약한다.
