기존 이슈였던 그라파나 슬랙 알림은 새로 이슈를 팠습니다... 착각해서 죄송합니다 😭 #448

추가할 기능

Internal Server Error, 500 에 해당하는 예외 발생 시 로깅과 함께 슬랙에 알림 메세지를 요청하는 기능 구현
