We currently have:

1 arm server (CAX11) with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

running 3 tools:

woodpecker-server: next
woodpecker-autoscaler: next
weblate (has a redis, mysql and the weblate contianer itself)

The woodpecker-autoscaler is spawing 0 to 1 agents on-demand using Hetzner cpx41 machines

That's basically it
