分享：使用程序“抢购”Oracle Cloud免费的VPS

前一段时间Oracle Cloud新开了新加坡机房，目前只能免费创建ARM的机器（2021.11.10）。创建时一直提示我“主机容量不足”（PS：新加坡机房很抢手呀！），在Github上找到了一个程序（https://github.com/hitrov/oci-arm-host-capacity），在第22天，抢到了一台1核1G的机器🤣。

因为底层组件出现故障，甲骨文将我的实例迁移到了另一台机器上，不知是不是这个原因，今天早晨（2021年12月17日）我将机器升级到了4核24G😁，没有出现“主机容量不足”的错误。
