I'd recommend adding a short description of the mini-plugin functionality to the readme file.

Some possibly useful verbage, pulled from the changelog when the filter was added:

'woocommerce_subscription_use_pending_cancel' filter to allow stores to switch off the use of the Pending Cancellation status applied until the end of any prepaid term on a subscription once it has been cancelled
