Errors trying to Import Exported Subscription

So I am trying to migrate subscribers from one wordpress site to another. I have had trouble exporting the CSV file as it gives a permissions error, but I was luckily able to bypass that by grabbing it from the directory the plugin saves the file.

Unfortunately, when I then try to import the subscriptions from the CSV generated by this plugin, there is an error on EVERY row --all 12000 subscriptions. The error log does not explain what the error is, and I don't understand why there would even be an error from the CSV that was exported by the plugin itself.

Would anyone be able to help me with this issue?
