Describe the bug
As part of the Magic Link Flow Emphasis, pe5sF9-iy-p2 we update the UI for WooLoginEmailPasswordFragment to display a different layout depending on A/B tests params.

The problem is that we are displaying a CTA to request a magic link twice in some scenarios. We should remove the "Get a login link by email" for the following 2 scenarios as it is redundant:
