Admin calendar doesn't show the booking for the last day of the month (if the last day of the month is also the "last day of the week" and the booking spans across months)

If a booking starts on the last day of month, and that day is also the last day of the week, and the bookings end in the next month, that booking is not visible in the monthly view of the month when the booking starts.
For example, in our WP settings the last day of a week is Sunday. The last day of January is a Sunday. If a booking starts on the 31st of January and ends in February, the booking is not visible in the monthly calendar view for January. It is however visible when viewing the monthly calendar view for February.

What I expected

The booking to show on the last day of the month as well.

What happened instead

Booking didn't show on the last day of the month.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Go to Settings > General. Ensure that "Week starts on" is see to Monday (We'll use Jan 2021 for testing, an Jan 31 is on Sunday).
• Create an accommodation product
• Book the product for dates starring at 31st Jan and going into Feb (Let's say from 31st Jan to 4th Feb)
• Go to Bookings > Calendar, you will see that the booking doesn't show for 31st Jan
