Exclude some products based on stock status

Hi there,
When we sell computer parts we do have lots of discontinued products.
We tag them with custom stock status as discontinued.
Which means we will never sell them again.
It is very exhausting to choose products one by one to not to sync, don't use ads for them etc.

Can you make an easier way?
Like add another custom stock status and once it is selected, don't sync them and don't use ads.
