与Powertoys 冲突 #168

把Capslock+V，绑定为下面的函数，Powertoys中设置粘贴为文本的快捷方式为Ctrl+Alt+V，按下Capslock+V之后无法触发Powertoys的功能，而且之后Ctrl一直是按下状态，没有自动回复
