FAQ Page #159
Comments
Could you give an example of a question you can see making it to the FAQ? I don't see the point tbh |
I am aiming at answering some FAQs that land up in the inbox of our
facebook page.
For example, (poorly phrased sentences, only for illustration)
1. "I am interested in T-shirt. How can I buy?"
2. "I want an intern who knows java/cpp. We have the best startup ever.
What to do?"
3. "I want to learn xyz language, how to do it?"
Maybe a large portion of such people would never bother to check the
website, and ping us on the page anyway, but just in case someone checks
the website and has a question, they should have an option to view the FAQ
than invest theirs and ours time with a communication on the page.

I imagine WnCC FAQ page won't be their first stop but it would sure be cool to have it, just in case |

I think we should have an FAQ page on the website.
