You can run the application winunix-randr-gtk with hot key Super + P to choose which mode of screen you want.
# For use just first screen
winunix-randr --only-first
# For use just second screen
winunix-randr --only-sec
# For use duplicated screen
winunix-randr --duplicate
# For use in a extended mode
winunix-randr --extend
