feature: Custom AI Feature

Hi,

This is a request about an existing custom AI feature, currently it is only available to EE.

If there is a more flexible option, like adding an AI license similar to EE, but activate only that feature. It would be great!
(It will be really helpful to developers who need that feature but not other EE ones.)

Also, it would be nice to have custom local MCP servers support in the future as well.

Could you please consider about it?
