feature: Approval Prompts Audit logs to show approval action + approval logged to EE audit logs

When a flow is suspended and than either ap`proved or disapproved, the audit logs are showing Operation "Update" - "jobs.approved" However since it is the same operation on approval or disapproval we cannot discern the actual action that was taken.

The event is also not logged to std out with other audit logs so we don't see anything there either

Here's a screenshot of audit logs we can see related to approving/disapproving a prompt, the older one is a denial, and the newer one is an approval
