Likely due to the changes since Firefox 110 (or possibly Windows 7), the theme is now entirely broken.

Same issue here! Would be great to see this updated, but failing that - anyone know any alternatives?

found an alternate solution thats working for me : https://github.com/MrOtherGuy/firefox-csshacks/blob/master/chrome/curved_tabs.css paste the code in userChrome.css
