special markup blocks that have problem with colorization

List of special markup blocks that we do not colorize correctly:

• Internal wiki links: whole link is colored by editor of first token ([[), it should be editor of link text

• External links: whole link is colored by editor of first token ([), it should be editor of link text

List of special markup blocks that we can't colorize (no spans are added around):

• Template tags and similar

• Lists and blocks

• Tables

We are experiencing a very similar issue to this involving links. We have an open ticket https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T231990. We are trying to figure out how much effort would it take to address this issue in the WhoColor API. We dug a bit into the WhoColor code, and we are wondering if changing 'no_spans': True in https://github.com/wikiwho/WhoColor/blob/master/WhoColor/special_markups.py#L13-L20 would fix this bug.
