Does not exceed 65.5A

I'm using a CT 100A/50ma, but in the real world with my tests it doesn't exceed 65.5A.
Would you be able to help me?

16-bit max in milliamps I'm afraid, 65.535 is the max you'll get.

This is a hardware limitation, and I wish it were a value on the first page of the datasheet.

you also cant read more than 655.35V

if you deliberately set the gain lower and knowingly scale to accommodate you can read larger values, but you'll have to scale all the other values of power and energy too.
