PAM authentication failed for user

I use newest vision 3.1.6 wrds lib. When I run conn=wrds.Connection()，and type username and password,but result is PAM authentication failed for user. I don't know why. Please help me.

Thanks,bro. Now I can run wrds.Connection(),but the tip- "wrds.sql.NotSubscribedError: You do not have permission to access the markit library" appeared. I want to get data using method in https://wrds-www.wharton.upenn.edu/pages/wrds-research/database-linking-matrix/linking-markit-with-crsp/ by python. Do you know why I do not have permission to access the markit library?

It looks like your institution doesn't subscribe to the Markit product, @Cobrado. I'm not sure which institution you are with, but you can check your subscribed datasets here: https://wrds-www.wharton.upenn.edu/pages/get-data/ - then click on Subscribed in the right column. If you need access to Markit, you'll have to contact your WRDS Representative to purchase a license for your institution. Then Markit notifies us to turn on access.

My main purpose is that I have crsp code,but I want to get data from markit. But I meet the error "You do not have permission to access the markit library" appeared.". I find that in your last url I have markit_cds but no markit_red.So no markit_red is the reason why "wrds.sql.NotSubscribedError: You do not have permission to access the markit library"?
