Can this be updated for 3.8 now that it's out?

The current box relies on IUS Community for Python v3.6. RedHat is in the process of adding Python 3.7 and then 3.8 to EPEL, at which point we'll be happy to add them, but you can see from this thread that it has been a slow process, thus why we are still on 3.6:

This box initially built Python 3 from source, but it added a significant amount of time to the initial vagrant up command. Additionally, with tools like WSL-2 and Docker gaining so much traction, the user base for Vagrant has been shrinking significantly. That has led this project to be updated far less that it used to be (my workplace, for example, is now using primarily the two technologies listed above, or local development with PyCharm).

What's the best way to track the EPEL additions? Is there a tracker somewhere?
