Hey! Adding routines for those days is no problem, you can take a look at a similar question here: wger-project/wger#2023 I had thought of adding a small calendar to make the periodization of the configured days, then it's probably easier to get what the rest and workout days actually do. As to why you get logged out, I have no idea, does this also happen to you with the "official" server? Adding weights retroactively is also not a problem, you just have to go to the detail page and click on the add training logs icon. Note that this is only possible on the web version, for the mobile version the gym mode is probably what you want to use (the little play icon in the detail view) that guides you through the workout. ![]() ![]() After everything is logged, you can access the historical data and see how the weights / reps have changed over time for the current routine ![]() The calendar on the dashboard should show you all entries you have for the day (weight, workout sessions, etc) Hope this helps a bit! |

So I've got it installed on my Raspberry Pi and I'm ready to go.
I try and create my gym routine and that's confusing. I just want to be able to create a routine that I do on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Okay, I can't do that. Why not?
I create a routine for each day and then what? Can I set it to remind me every Monday, Wednesday or Friday? No. So three identical routines that I can't actually do anything date specific with.
Since this is a self hosted instance, I can't access it from outside, so even trying to log anything from the gym logs me out? Why?
So I take my notes logging my progress in a notes app and then try and go into wger to add my weight progress (on the equipment) and I can't do that?
I'm confused. What exactly does this app do? What's it trying to be? I can't set routine days, I can't log progress retroactively or unless it's connected to a server. It makes no sense.
The calendar does absolutely nothing as far as I can tell. It's just all very frustrating and disappointing.
