Mental Space - Permissive License with Additional Terms

Version 1.0, 05/12/2023

  1. Grant of License

    Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, "The People behind Mental Space" ("Licensor") hereby grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so.

  2. Additional Terms for Commercial Use

    Commercial use of the Software is permitted only for healthcare professionals ("Doctors") using the Software for patient management purposes, subject to the following conditions:

    a. Doctors using the Software for commercial purposes shall not exceed a cumulative expenditure of €50 per month in using the Software.

    b. Any revenue generated directly or indirectly from the use of the Software by Doctors must not exceed €50 per month.

  3. Source Code Distribution

    If you distribute the Software, either in source code or as part of a compiled package, you must provide a copy of this license along with the Software. You must also provide access to the complete corresponding source code for the distributed Software.

  4. Compatibility

    This license is compatible with the Affero General Public License version 3.0 ("AGPL 3.0"). You may choose to use the Software under the terms of either this license or the AGPL 3.0.

  5. Disclaimer

    The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
