The game stops when I open the settings of the emulator, this happens with citra Android antutu

Same here on some devices not all devices crash though, only seems to be Mali GPU devices so far.

Is your S24 a Snapdragon device? If Media Projection was implemented properly, the rendering of the top screen shouldn't affect this.
