Is there icecandidateerror handler equivalent

It seems the icecandidateerror handler hasn't been implemented. I find it very useful to debug ICE connectivity issues. Is there any reason for not including this handler? and is there a equivalent interface, or relevant code to look at to get these errors, especially the error_text that the handler has.
