Creating local audio stream

Hello, I want to record an microphone with cpal and stream the audio to the local network via webrtc.
My code is currently able to record the microphone and send it to the speaker of my laptop but I don't know how I can embed webrtc to it.
I have seen the example but I am not able to make it work.
Has someone a good starting point or are there other projects that already do this?
