Move Examples into a Separate Repository

Extract Webpack example projects into their own dedicated GitHub repository to keep the main repo lean.

I disagree, examples in webpack repo are good because they are sync with new features/fixes/etc, other repo will add adain a new repo which somebody should maintain, it brings more work than make it easy

On the contrary, I think having examples in their own repository will make it easier to maintain, since they won't get grouped in with core changes, but you are much more involved than I

I like examples inside webpack repo because I often update them (+ new for features) and when I see question(s) I just provide link to example, moving them into separate repo will require from me update them every time after release, it will make my process worse

2. we need to migrate examples in core to ecma
