Using

//www.kryogenix.org/code/browser/sorttable/sorttable.js
//yui-s.yahooapis.com/pure/0.6.0/pure-min.css

can be problematic in some context (no internet, privacy issues, etc.).

It would be nice to either ship those files (if licences permit) or have an option to get a local copy.
