Plugin scrolling instead of changing time

Hello, Im using this plugin and works fine when I try it on my desktop browser. I can set the time and minutes from 1 minute interval, for example 10:04, I need to run this application on a 7" tablet and works fine but I have a problem setting the minutes, if I try to change the minute interval the page is doing an scroll instead of selecting minute 1, 2, 3, 4. etc. Only works selecting minutes 0, 5, 10, etc. How can I solve this?
