Hello @sapayth while logged into WordPress we are not currently showing any updates available : I've attached a screenshot of the update options. "The paid module to add extra features on WP User Frontend. Interestingly our Production Environment is currently at 3.4.14 and ALSO not showing it needs updating. Can someone please provide a link to the changelog for "WP User Frontend Pro" AND , why is it NOW listed as WP User Frontend Pro - lifetime-professional" -- guessing this must have started after version 4.? |

Hey @sapayth ! We have the same problem and like the others, there doesn't seem to be an update available to upgrade to 4.0.6 like you said in your first answer. I just want to point out that on your Wordpress page, it's still on version 4.0.5, which might explain why there doesn't seem to be any updates available in our dashboard. |

I submitted a support ticket on Jan 27th and have had no reply as of yet (Ticket number: 855506). We currently have WP User Frontend Pro - lifetime-professional version 4.05 installed on our lower environments. We attempted updates on our production environment last week and received critical errors. Since we have no redundancy on this site we had to immediate fall back to a backup so we were not able to troubleshoot what happened. Now based on what we are seeing in Lower environments, we suspect this may be the issue.
In those environments, when we attempt to access "Appearance --> Menus" option, we receive a CRITICAL Error. The logs show issues with this plug in. (Details of the error posted in the ticket).
How long does it usually take to receive a reply to support tickets?
