Clicking on any link in page management returns white screen of death if user is not root user

If I click on the pencil icon or "Add Page", the VIVO app returns a white screen of death.

I just did it and it worked fine. tried to edit Support page -

@sarbajitdutta - Weird! I have confirmed that "Add Page" and "Edit Page" doesn't work in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome - with and without incognito. In Safari, it just lags and doesn't even load.

Maybe use the rootLogin for now.

@sarbajitdutta - Logging as admin allows me to edit the Support page, but clicking save from the Support page returns a 403 error.
