List highlighted annotations - links not working

I got a list of files which has TODO matches. But not able to open any of those links. I see below error when I click on that.

Unable to open 'abc.component.ts#21': File not found (file:///Users/me/workspace/my-application/src/app/layout/abc.component.ts%2321).

I made a fix but it probably won't be merged. You can check it and try to install from source #132
