Spotlight search breaks

hi it seems that whenever i install better display on sequoia even on the release before spotlight search and mail search breaks the only way to fix it is to uninstall better display and reindex spotlight can you check it out thanks

Hmm. The app does not interfere with system features like spotlight and mail. Are you sure it is BetterDisplay? What app features are you using?

I tested it a couple of times. Every time I install it, Spotlight breaks. If I uninstall an reindex by deleting the Spotlight files, it starts working again. The only way I realized this was the issue was because I reinstalled Sequoia and didn’t install it, and it was working today. I installed Better Display, and it broke again.
