Not sure - the app should not switch mode all by itself unless configured to do so. My external monitor no longer working after recent updates, just getting black screen and this error: "The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 2560x1440 or any other monitor listed timing as per monitor specification"
The last working version is 3.0.5. Monitor: Dell UP2716D, Macbook Pro 13 M1 laptop with native screen removed (using external monitor as main). This is big problem for me because I can't use laptop with latest updates at all, fortunately I managed to remove BetterDisplay from login items using voice command and revert to 3.0.5 version.
Any ideas? Thank you!
