Cursor freezing on external monitor which mirror virtual

Hello!
I have macbook m3 max 16" and external monitor 39" LG 5120x2160 resolution
By default the monitor support only 5120x2160 and 3840x1620, but i want some middle during them.
So i have created virtual display and mirroring them to external. It works perfect except some lag:

When i'm trying to move cursor from retina display to external mirroring, the cursor is freezing for one second on external. If i don't move the cursor, the same situation, first second its freezing, but after 1 second it starts to work well.

If i use external monitor without mirroring, i don't have this lag. Also when i use my ipad as external monitor, and use mirroring from virtual screen, i also don't have the lag.

I'm using pre-release 3.1.1 build 34633. Mac os 15.1 latest beta

Yes, this is a known issue - mirrored virtual screens on Apple Silicon has various mouse related and sleep issues. This is a macOS bug (mostly since macOS 12.5) which should be fixed by Apple. This affects all displays using this tech like Sidecar, DisplayLink etc. and of course BetterDisplay. It seems like the issue is not a high priority one for Apple sadly.

I have one strange fix for this lag. When i'm connecting my ipad by sidecar, the lag is gone. Also never have this issue with sidecar
