If you see some effect (like the screen goes black for a second) then for sure the command is relayed to the display. It might be that the display requires different codes to work (it might report the codes when you run DDC auto-config and look at the details). |

I tried all codes, just 1-4 seem to do "anything", but only a black screen. I tried all the other codes available as LG Alt oder normal but it does absolutely nothing. I assume that you mean "Detect DDC Capabilities" with DDC auto-config. When i run this, Channel is available, Communication is Supported, both "reports" are "unable to aquire". Are there any log files i could check? |

It does not seem to report them and it seems not to work with my display at all, which kinda sucks because it was THE feature i bought this software for. I tried it first and thought that it might be just a "Pro" feature, so i bought it, but still does not work. Too bad :/ |

Hi there,
first of all, BetterDisplay is amazing and i am a proud "Pro" owner. :)
I have a problem with switching input source with my LG UltraFine Ergo 32UN880 and the current version 3.0.5 33816. I want to switch between the inputs HDMI1/2, USB-C and Display Port, but absolutely nothing happens. I tried LG (alt) as well, because i would count my display as a newer model. Funny enough, when i press DVI 1 or DVI 2, the screen goes black for a second, so some signals seem to get through.
I have seen here, that some others had problems with LG and input sources as well, but it was fixed for them in 3.0.3 or so.
I am currently using macOS 15.0 (24A335).
Help would be immensely appreciated!
Best regards,
spoer78
