Does BD enable support for TrueTone/NightShift for displays that do not support it?

I got this display, connected through display port, on a thunderbolt dock.

The native TrueTone/NightShift adjustments do not affect this display at all.

Yes, you might need to go to Settings/Displays/the display/System Configuration.../More system configuration options, then enable Edit display role and set it to Computer monitor (even if the current display role is already this). Then apply the configuration settings properly. This usually enables Night Shift if it is not available by default.
