Use annotation processing instead of Spring Context #5

Now, the base of Sampler is written as a Spring Context. It should be rewritten to standard Java's annotation processing to wider support.

Spring context support might be kept as it might load the same beans based on information gathered from annotation processing.

JUnit support shouldn't require spring context, but should use annotation processing information directly.
