Application deletion fails due to incompatible versions of WADM

The current version of the operator fails to delete wasmCloud applications when managed over the Kubernetes API. The creation of the application works fine, but when the application is deleted via kubectl, the operator fails due to it using an unexpected format for the delete request to WADM sent over NATS. This results in WADM replying with an issue parsing the request. This is due to a compatibility issue of the current version of WADM (0.21.0) and the library used by the operator (0.13.1). This is fixed in PR #137 as far as I could test it.
