Some media not honoring URL_FILEBROWSER_MEDIA #6

Several of the media files appear to still assume they're served from /media/filebrowser even when setting URL_FILEBROWSER_MEDIA otherwise.

Specifically:

filebrowser.css
filebrowser_type_*.gif
