Add mod updater

All mods frosty will work with should be on the newest version, so we need some class that converts old mods to the new formats and adds the missing information needed for the new format.
This includes the old fbmod + archive combination, daimods and older versions of the current fbmod format.

Differences:

• Bundle hashes now include the SuperbundleInstallChunk, so old mods should just get add to all SuperbundleInstallChunks for that bundle
• Chunks now store their SuperbundleInstallChunks, so we need to add the chunks superbundle to added chunks
