fulfilled status is not converted to the order #19

With the last recent version of the module (1.2.44 in a PS 1.7.8.5) on a successful payment the order keep hanging on status 'wallee processing'.

In the wallee account everything looks fine, the transaction switches to 'fullfilled' and the webhook-call is marked as successful.
But the order want change it's state to 'confirmed' in the shop.

We are still on test mode with this re-designed shop (and the wallee space too) and the payment works perfectly before - everything was set well.

Is the module writing some logs somewhere?

Addition:
We have installed a 'one-page-checkout'-module, and if this is disabled, the wallee-payment seems to be working as expected.
So I apologise for barking too soon ;-)

Unfortunately not:
The module doesn't seem to work after all. Even if I deactivate the additional modules and try the Prestashop standard checkout.

The transactions all have the status 'fullfill' and the webhook calls are displayed as successful, but the orders remain in the status 'wallee processing' - even with a repeated manual webhook call

And there is nothing to be found in the log files either.

Dear peterpeter,

We are utterly sorry for the late reply about this. Your posts were coming in on our end, by seem to have go under.
Since I cannot see anything identifying your Wallee space etc, I just have to ask if your are still experiencing this issue? Please check with the latest recently available version of the Plugin of the behaviour is the same.
To work most efficiently on this case and to ensure privacy policies, please directly get in touch with us on our mail address [email protected] while using the Ticket ID 296640 on the subject, like "#296640", and include your space number, in case you want to take on this case.
If however this is already clarified in any way for you already, please just let me know here so I can close the case.

Thanks for your feedback, it's been a long time, I think the ticket can be closed.

We have another/similar case with another client and Postfinance, but I'm already working on that with the support from Postfinance.
