Update student vignettes with modern analyses #16

We have several vignettes made by students from a few years ago that could be updated to use more modern methods and visualizations.

In particular, Fatima and Shaimaa's vignettes could be updated. Here are some ideas on what could be changed:

  • Replace unformatted and/or large text outputs with neat summary tables using createStudyTable() or createTaxonTable()
  • Replace individual taxon binomial analyses with createTaxonTable() which should give binomial test results
  • Add heatmaps /cluster analysis (for an example of pretty cluster analysis, see Kweku's vignette https://waldronlab.io/bugSigSimple/articles/capstoneanalysis_kweku.html)
  • Any other miscellaneous cleanup to improve readability
