  • Update the gatherTb function to keep the column names if not all the targetCols are NA

Four composite attributes to create:

  • treatment_amount: dose, dose_unit, number, number_unit
  • treatment_time: start, start_unit, end, end_unit, duration duration_unit, frequency, frequency_unit
  • treatment_case: status, reason, group
  • treatment_na
