Living Standards

The new Process 2020 provides the ability to have living standards. Is that appropriate for any of our specs?

Default branch name

Proposal from @himorin to switch the default branch name for repos to "main" from "master". Supported by @nigelmegitt .

Questions:

• What is the impact of doing this on existing repos?
• Are there any repos where we cannot make the change easily? What are the problems?
