iOS8 now allows 3rd party apps to appear in the share sheet.

Tweetbot

Tweetbot has changed their integration to share URLs to rely entirely on the platform's share sheet.

Long press a URL in a tweet and the sharing options appear

Tap on the share button in the in-app browser to open the same share sheet
