Objective: Set up the development environment, integrate the design system, and create the basic structure of the LinkLearn platform.

Tasks:

Set up the project repository with Next.js and the chosen UI library (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
Install necessary packages and dependencies (e.g., React, Convex, Axios).
Configure global styles, typography, and color themes based on the design system.
Create initial layout components (Header, Footer, Sidebar).
Set up routing for the main pages (Landing Page, Dashboard, Course Page, Document Collaboration).

Acceptance Criteria:

A fully configured development environment with the basic project structure in place.
Global styles are consistent with the design system.
Basic routing is functional and navigable.

Deadline: September 13, 2024.
