Configurable text color

I was checking how vuetify working with color and found that It automatically set #000 or #FFF colours here:

vuetify/packages/vuetify/src/util/colorUtils.ts

export function getForeground (color: Color) {

I suppose it's good to have ability to make these customisable. Because typically designers use #1A1C18, #323232 instead of #000.

What do you think about it?
