Planned Release Date for: New script setup (without ref sugar) #227

Hi,

I wonder when this RFC is planned to be released?

The discussions seem pretty settled ... one (IMO) great suggestion was the ability to split emits.

You may ask why I am in a hurry?

1. We are starting a new large project and I'm the tech lead. I would like to set this as default for my team. Which I simply can't as long as it's not released.
2. Some IDE vendors are quite behind supporting it. As long as it can change, they understandably are hesitant in putting effort there.
