After update from "@vue/eslint-config-typescript": "^12.0.0", to "@vue/eslint-config-typescript": "^13.0.0",, the error has shown up:

I encountered this issue and traced it to @typescript-eslint/[email protected] (see this blog post). For now, I've pinned it to 7.3.1
